Judo: 2 hrs (Warm up, Throws, 3 min rounds groundwork, 3-5min matches, strength training)
Friday:
WOD: "Snatch Fran"

Pull Ups
Time - 7:25 !!! It was good to be "Snatch'n" again!!!
CFE: 1 min ladder
1min on, 1 min off, 1 min on, 50 sec off, 1 min on, 40 sec off, 1 min on, 30 sec off, 1 min on 20 sec off, 1 min on, 10 sec off, then go back up the ladder until you finish with 1 min on, 50 sec off, 1 min on.
Distance: 3900 meters, 2.4 miles.
