Today I got to workout with Brad Tillery at BCS Fitness. Brad put me through a workout called Lucky 7's. It feels like someone is punching you with your hands tied behind your back! Very similar to "Fight Gone Bad" at CrossFit. I'm going to start working for BCS Fitness this Monday as a trainer. I can't wait!!!

-Free Motion Chest Press (90lbs)
-Wide Grip Lat Pull (65lbs)
-Sumo KB High Pull (1.5 pood)
-Rope Pull ups
-Thrusters (115lbs)
-Russian Twists (20lbs)
Rounds -> 135, 112, 100
