Today I had an interview at Oakwood Intermediate. Everything went great and I hope to hear back from the school today with a job offer. I'm also driving to Georgia to watch Rusty Cooper get hitched! Drew Cavin and I leave today and won't get back until late Sunday night. CrossFit today was short and hard, and I had the chance to see some fellow crossfitters that haven't been around in a while. I plan on taking the weekend off and resting.

warm up 3x10- pullups, KTE, samson stretch, med ball cleans

15 renegade rows(each arm)
15 lunges each leg with dumbbells
15 Dumbbell snatch (each arm)
Time 9:09 @30lbs
