Week Two - "The Hard Routine"

This past week was great! Everything is going well and I couldn't feel better. I'm sleeping better and performing better and recovering faster and more fully!

Paleo/Zone: 4-4-2-4-2 = 16 blocks

Sleep: 7 hrs

WOD:
100 Overhead Squats for Time
Every 2 minutes perform 2 burpees and 7 Wall Ball

Danny= 6:33 (65lbs)
Jordan=8:42 (alternating 45lbs and pvc)
