decay and rebirth



"The Hard Routine" - Round 2

Training: Rest Day

Breakfast: Jordan's Egg-mazing Scramble, 1/2 nectarine, 1/2 avocado, 2 cups coffee
Lunch: 2 Pork ribs, 1 nectarine, two hand fulls of almonds
Dinner: 2 Pork ribs, Cucumber-tomato-onion salad, 1/2 avocado, Fish Oil supplements

I'm only going to allow for 1 beer a week and right now I'm going to say the only limit on coffee is what I can drink at home before school.
