The Day after Super Bowl...?...

Well... Super Bowl parties are really fun when the beer and food is free, but the day after sucks! Training is going well and Jonny and I are really seeing gains in work output and a drop in times.

Monday WOD:
5 rounds of
30" Box Jump - 10 reps
20lb Wall Ball - 15 reps
200m Sprint
