Just to put an update on the blog...
I'm back to CrossFit'n and with a slow start. I have gone 3 days on 3 days off because of sickness and wedding stuff. I'm starting back slow with GHD exercises and light to no weight. I did "Ryan" on Wednesday which is:
5 Rounds for Time.
- 7 Muscle Ups
-21 Burpees (hitting a target 1 foot overhead)
Time: 19:01
I'll put some pictures of the new fall garden up tomorrow and update everyone on my eating and life!
